The long and short of it...

I have a strong belief in the modalities I teach because I have years of practical experience that they work.  Do I need all this equipment?  Hell no...but its super fun.  I always threaten my clients that one day they are going to walk in the studio and everything will be gone, then they will have to earn each piece of equipment back with hard work...ha my dreams.  

Really though, working with your own body weight, dealing with your weaknesses and limited range of motion on a mat...well it doesn't get any harder than that.  That's what the equipment is for, its there to help support you through that process.

Do you get a body from doing this work?  Yep, but my mantra is  "Chase the work and the body will follow".   Just like a dancer the focus is on doing the exercises to the best of your abilities for that day or that session.  You get the body from doing the work really really well.

I've got everything you need that I can possibly fit in the space.  Equipment includes Pilates Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Small and Large Barrels, and the Ped O Pull, Gyrotonic Tower, Ladders, and Jump Stretch Board.  Auxiliary equipment includes magic circles, ballet barre, weights, bands, and straps,.

I've got you covered with programs that include fitness and conditioning, sports performance, injury prevention, active rehab, pre and post baby, pre/post surgery or physical therapy. 

I have a special place in my heart for people who are suffering because I usually can help.  Chronic pain, joint or back problems, chronic illness, autoimmune, fibromyalgia, arthritis, you name it....I have a program for it.
